Professional Galaxy is looking for a Technical Author - Illustration on behalf of our client.

We are now seeking a Technical Author with a focus on illustrations for the client's team “Safety & Logistics Support,” where technical publications are one of the areas of expertise. We are looking for someone who is a technical writer/illustrator and has a strong interest in technology. You are analytical and have an easy time collaborating and building trust in your surroundings. You are proactive in your work, responsible, and have the ability to take your own initiatives.

Must-haves:

• Degree in a relevant field

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English as documentation and customer contacts occur in both languages.

• Previous 2-4 years of work experience as an illustrator

  Desirable experiences: Experience with illustrations related to maintenance/repair instructions Experience with instructions for software usage Previous experience working in UPTIME 4 or equivalent tools (XML/CMS). Desirable education/skills: Knowledge of S1000D Experience with Photoshop Experience with Adobe Illustrator
